Our products are available as All Natural, Certified Natural and Certified Organic.

All Natural is made with no preservatives, fillers, or artificial ingredients, and is minimally processed.

Certified Natural is made to the same high standard as our All Natural, but is made with pork that is certified to be humanely raised and handled. It is similar to our Certified Organic except that the hogs were not fed organic feeds.

Certified Organic is our premier product. It is manufactured with certified organic pork and organic spices. It is not only an exceptional product, but reflects our (and your) commitment to sustainable agriculture and wholesome living.

• Luganiga. A mild, delicate, Italian pork sausage that is coiled, not linked.
