Company History
Andy’s Provisions Company
originated in 1932 in Paterson New Jersey. “Andy” Angera
began making Italian sausage in the back of a small grocery
shop soon after arriving from Italy. He later moved to his
own facility in Paterson and then to a larger facility in Haledon.
In the 1950’s his three sons, Andy, Anthony and Joseph,
joined him in the business, which expanded greatly while still
maintaining a commitment to traditional formulations and production
techniques. In the early 1970’s the company moved to
its current location in West Paterson. As we enter the 21st
century, a third generation of the Angera family has joined
the company with a focus on maintaining the traditional quality
and formulations that has characterized the company since its
inception. This new era for the company welcomes a commitment
to introducing new technologies that will complement and enhance
products that are virtually the same as those produced by the
original Andy over 75 years ago. |
